I have seen one of two almost identical ladies in Chico looking close enough to be Sandys twins, most recently in
front of Petes Cafee at 1620Hrs 09Nov2008, made eye contact by accident (that is when I realized who it was) and I 
felt as if I was recognized by her also, she was cleaned up and playing a different background investigating (FBI) 
role with someone else or was in her normal family non work related setting having cofee with friends or family...
